As this game is probably one of the last games for the current console, Nintendo, it remains to be seen whether it will be released simultaneously for the Nintendo Switch and its successor (which will be released by March 2025). A transitional console launch strategy that has already been used by Nintendo in other games (The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild).
