How about an earthquake today? Or a meteor shower? Or who knows yet, receive that long-awaited visit from aliens?
If meeting aliens is your dream, your problems are over, the Tower of Dr. Vu was built to bring these visitors from space and also to cause all sorts of disasters in the city.
The objective is to cause a disaster in your city which, in turn, will destroy a certain area so that you can later rebuild that affected part and obtain a golden key(s).
Do not panic, as you won't have to rebuild the building from its foundation to earn the gold key(s). By dragging the items necessary for the reconstruction of the affected area, it will return to its status quo (“in the state in which things were before the war”).
After the new update, “Vu Points” were added and disasters were separated by type and by level. 
Now to trigger the disaster you have to touch the available or desired disaster, drag it to the slot and drop it.

– Before starting to play, plan your city so that it is completely integrated through the roads. That way, you can keep your factories far away from the residential area, maximizing resource utilization and increasing Sims happiness.

If you do not have any of the requested products and it will take a long time to get them, you can request a new ship. But if you have already packed one of the three items ordered, it is no longer possible to order a new ship or ship it with incomplete cargo. The ship takes 6 hours to arrive and after it docks you will have 18 hours to get the items and ship it. If you decide to request a new ship it will take another 6 hours to arrive.
