O Banco do Brasil Cultural Center em São Paulo made the announcement that shook all animation fans. From October 4th onwards, the cinema exhibition will begin The Magic of Pixels: Animated Mirrors of Reality, which gives the public the opportunity to rewatch on the big screen the films that marked the history of Pixar and of all those who grew up following the adventures of its remarkable characters. 4t1hx
With works like Toy Story (1995) Cars (2006) Monsters Inc (2001) The Incredibles (2004) Inside Out (2015) and many other famous titles, the Pixar exhibition brings together more than 20 animations produced by Pixar Animation in almost 40 years of existence. In general, the program has tickets for R$10 full and R$5 half, with some free sessions. In addition, parallel activities such as debate tables, cosplay actions and workshops for children complete the fun.

Pixar Animation was created in 1979, in a computer division with the Luke Movies. However, the animation company's success did not come right away. The growth came only with the purchase of the company by Steve Jobs, the creator of Apple, in 1986. From then on, it became one of the producers of short and feature films with enormous recognition.
Following the company since its beginnings, the saga Toy Story, which currently has four films, is one of the most ired by fans and responsible for some of Pixar Animation's biggest box office grosses. In 2018, The Incredibles 2 reached almost 1,5 billion dollars in ticket sales worldwide. All these productions and many others will be on display The Magic of Pixels: Animated Mirrors of Reality, which will be on display at CCBB SP from October 4th to 30th, 2023.
